As barristers approach the final week of the semester, seniors are far from being stress free. Depending on what school JMHS seniors decided to apply, everyone’s applications may look different. SAT/ ACTS results, teacher or counselor recommendations and a personal statement or supplement essays may be required. All of which generally should have been completed at this point in time depending on given deadlines. Although students are still linking their information to apps such as College Board, Niche, College Vine, Common App and more to colleges that feel the student is a best match based on their gpa and extracurricular activities and of their interests. This lets them explore in state and out of state schools and may even be eligible for direct admissions and scholarships. Following their top picks of colleges or universities that they’ll officially apply to or attend during the 2025 year, seniors are still currently creating fafsa accounts and completing their FAFSA applications.
